Semi-Private Front Crawl Coaching at Guildford Lido
If you want proper front crawl coaching without the pressure of a big group, the small-group 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 sessions at Guildford Lido are a solid fit. You still get focused attention, but you also get the motivation of training beside other swimmers with similar goals.
Why these sessions work
Each swimmer gets equal time and individual feedback. I film underwater and above the surface so you can actually see what’s happening in your stroke, not just guess. From there, we break the stroke down and give you drills that match your specific faults. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to work on next.
What you can expect
Personal technique fixes
Real-time coaching
Video analysis
Fault-specific drills
Clear next steps
A smoother, more efficient stroke as winter sets in
Common wins swimmers notice
A lot of triathletes lose speed and burn too much energy at the front of the stroke. Cleaning this up usually leads to:
easier breathing
quicker 100m repeats
less fatigue during long sets
more confidence in open water and pool sessions
If you’re planning to swim through winter, even one coached session every week or two can make a big difference.
Session format
2 swimmers : 1 coach
