In addition, we also process additional Personal Data from our clients in order to provide our services.

We only collect your personal data for performance purposes and to provide our service as processors for website owners under the Data Processing Agreement terms.

1.       Speedy Swimming Coaching

 

If you are a Speedy Swimming client, we collect your personal data for the purpose of supporting you as a client and performance of the contract (for example):

 

• To tailor our swim coaching to your individual needs
• To contact you to organise your lessons or any changes to planned coaching sessions that you may be taking part in

 

2.        To organise items purchased from our online shop, including event bookings

 

We collect your personal data to:


• organise services purchased from our online shop
• send you information about events you have booked onto

 

3.        To send you information about our work


We process your Personal Data to provide you with marketing and other information that we think may interest you. This includes blog articles and other media, targeted advertising, information about events or promotions. From time to time, we may also use your personal data to ask for your opinion about our work.

 

4.        Opt-in consent

 

This is where you have given us express permission to contact you by particular communication channels.

 

We use opt-in consent to send you the information listed above by email, text message (SMS) or telephone (if you are registered with the Telephone Preference Service)

What kind of personal data do we collect? How do we collect it?

 

Basic information

 

For this purpose (Contact) we process the following Personal Data: Contact type, first name, last name, email address, phone number, information about your request, payments made by paypal are kept secure and encrypted by paypal for coaching services  and any other information that you provide to us.

 

Cookies

 

We use cookies and other tracking technologies (as almost all websites do) to track how you use our Site.

 

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies enable a faster log-in process, and some allow us to track your activities at our Site. How long do we store your Personal Data?

 

We store your Personal Data for three years after you provide them to us, unless we are required by the law to store them for a longer period. Additionally, you may contact us at speedyswimming@gmail.com with a request to delete your data.

 

How do we store your data?

 

Electronic data is stored on a secure computer system and we control who has access to information (using both physical and electronic means). 

 

Of course, we cannot guarantee the security of your home computer or the internet, and any online communications (e.g. information provided by email or our website) are at the user’s own risk.

 

Payment security

All electronic Speedy Swimming forms, Paypal payments or bank transfers that request financial data will use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt the data between your browser and our servers.

 

Speedy Swimming complies with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS) published by the PCI Security Standards Council, and will never store card details.

Additional Comments: You can opt out of receiving such communications from us by writing us an email to speedyswimming@gmail.com or by using automated unsubscribe procedures, if existent.

 

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA

 

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data processed via our Site. However, we may disclose your information to:

Some recipients listed above may be located in countries outside of the EEA that do not offer the same level of protection with respect to personal data as required in the EEA and where there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission.
