Our Squads:

Improver Group – Build technique, breathing, and confidence

Intermediate Group – Pacing, endurance, and stroke efficiency
📅 Tuesdays 6:00–7:00 pm -
Friday Endurance Session – Aerobic technique, pacing, and longer-distance swimming
📅 Fridays 9:00–10:00 am

Improvers Front Crawl Group Wednesdays 7pm from 15th April
Learn & Develop Front Crawl – Wednesday Swim Group 🏊♀️
Perfect for swimmers who can do 50–100 m of front crawl but find technique starts to break down beyond that, swimming at 2:15–3:00 per 100 m.
What you’ll focus on:

Kicking efficiency

Arm rhythm and coordination

Body position fundamentals

Reducing drag and resistance

Streamlining for smoother strokes

Short-distance intervals to build stamina and technique
Each session is designed to help you swim further, stronger, and more efficiently, making front crawl feel easier and more enjoyable!
Intermediate Front Crawl Squad Tuesdays 7pm from 14th April
Tuesday Intermediate Squad – Swim Smarter, Swim Stronger! 🏊♂️
Hit the pool running and maintain a 1:30–2:20 per 100 m pace, while sharpening your technique and boosting your performance.
These sessions are perfect for triathletes and fitness swimmers ready to take their front crawl to the next level.
