Q: What should I bring to an open-water session?
A: Wetsuit (if needed), swim cap, goggles, tow float if requested, towel and warm layers for after the swim. You’ll be advised on exact kit when you book. speedyswimming
Q: What level do I need to be for open-water courses?
A: Most sea skills courses suit intermediate swimmers (rough benchmark: able to swim 3×200m in open water and roughly 1:45–2:30/100m). Specific course pages list exact prerequisites. speedyswimming
