Sign up for a free basic Training Peaks account or use your existing account

Pay the one-time fee for the training plan, upon which your training plan will be transferred to your personal Training Peaks account

Enter your threshold swim bike and run data to calculate your training zones

Add in your A, B and C races in the Annual Training Planner

Connect your devices to send structured workouts to them
