Led by a Level 3 British Triathlon Coach, our detailed running form assessments help identify inefficiencies, reduce injury risk, and boost your performance — whether you're training for a triathlon, 10K, marathon or just looking to run better.

What’s Included in Your Run Video Analysis

Our 60-minute session includes:

 

  • High-definition multi-angle video capture (side, rear, front views)

  • Frame-by-frame slow-motion analysis

  • Technique review and biomechanical assessment

  • Running metrics analysis from Garmin / Apple watches for ground contact time, stride length, cadence and vertical oscillation

  • Assessment of posture, cadence, overstride, ground contact, and more

  • Tailored drills and strength & mobility advice

  • Option to receive post-session feedback video with commentary

  • All sessions are led by an experienced endurance coach with a focus on triathlon-specific running economy and injury prevention.
