Our 60-minute session includes:

High-definition multi-angle video capture (side, rear, front views)

Frame-by-frame slow-motion analysis

Technique review and biomechanical assessment

Running metrics analysis from Garmin / Apple watches for ground contact time, stride length, cadence and vertical oscillation

Assessment of posture, cadence, overstride, ground contact, and more

Tailored drills and strength & mobility advice

Option to receive post-session feedback video with commentary

All sessions are led by an experienced endurance coach with a focus on triathlon-specific running economy and injury prevention.
