ONLY 6 Places Left on Mondays Learn and Develop Front Crawl Technique Squad – Are You In?
Another 2 swimmers just joined the squad! We’re now down to 6 spots remaining for our 8-week Front Crawl squad starting Monday 21st July at Guildford Lido.
If you’re tired of your technique falling apart after 100m, this is your chance to fix that and swim with more confidence.
Each week has a specific technique focus – from kicking to timing to reducing drag – in a supportive, structured environment.
These always fill fast – grab your spot here:
Once they're gone, they're gone. Risk of FOMO!
This group is perfect for swimmers pacing 2:15–3:00 per 100m, who can swim 50–100m front crawl before form and technique fades.
Why does it get harder after 100 metres? Well, thats because you are either:
You're kicking too hard
You're sprinting
You're not breathing properly or from your diaphragm
The body position is too low in the water
Arms turning over too quickly
Not rotating correctly
Arms not gliding for long enough or too long
I can help you correct all of these and much more! Across 8 weeks we’ll focus on:
Breathing timing
Body position & streamlining
Arm rhythm & kicking
Reducing drag
Short intervals to build efficiency
Small group (10–12 swimmers), £15 per session (block booking only).
Improve your stamina, speed, and stroke
Learn new drills weekly
Track your sessions via TrainingPeaks
Motivation from group energy
Let’s get your technique working for you, not against you.
Starts Monday July 21 – don’t miss out! (QR sign up code on poster)
