You and a friend / partner / colleague can book 2 x 30 min lessons back to back during the week on Monday afternoons, and all day on Wednesdays and Fridays!
The endless pool with video analysis from 6 cameras is a great resource to have your swim stroke analysed and find out precisely what you need to focus on and learn how to improve with the video playback. Clients always learn much faster in the endless pool than in normal pool lessons due to the slow-motion playback!
You'll also see real time improvements in swim pace as your technique improves and you start swimming more efficiently!
