For Adults at Hayling Island Beach in Hampshire

We coach all levels of triathletes, open water and master’s swimmer, plus many beginners.

We have a wealth of experience to impart to you and ensure this is done in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Our open water swimming lessons are extremely popular, whether you're looking to improve your sighting, navigation, turning around swim buoys, building and improving your drafting skills or mass start techniques. We'll teach you all the skills and drills specific to your swim level to help you achieve and develop all aspects of your front crawl.

Learn all the skills and technique drills you'll need to swim front crawl with more efficiency, speed and power to help you achieve your training and event / racing goals!

What to expect:

We offer 1-2-1 private open water sea swimming lessons as well as 2-2-1 and 3-2-1 coaching

Each session lasts for one hour and will include a 5-minute warm-up and a coach analysis of your front crawl stroke technique, and level of open water skills. We will then talk through what you find you need to improve upon and target those particular skills during your lesson.

Open water swimming lessons are held at Halyling Island, meeting next to the Inn on the Beach pub.

We will send you pre-exercise questionnaire and Speedy Swimming normal operating procedures and coaching rules for covid-19 upon booking your sessions.

"Nick ran the swim sessions for David Lloyd Triathlon club for 6 months and in that time he consistently applied his training methods and approach to swim training that enabled me and all of the other members of the tri club to reduce our 400m time trial times. More than that his sense of humour made these sessions enjoyable and the hour in the water fly by!

I can highly recommend him as a trainer/coach, you won’t be disappointed".
