What to expect:​
Each session lasts for one hour and will include a 5 minute warm up and a coach analysis of your front crawl stroke technique.
​
There are a number of factors we will work on to help you reduce your 100 metre average pace.
For example, this can include:

Optimal T pacing sets specific to your swim zones

Regular fitness testing to show improvements

Building lung capacity and aerobic base fitness

Correcting stroke inefficiencies

Improving rotation and power
-
Enhancing your catch

Developing a higher early vertical forearm position

Better streamlining ​
You’ll then receive your personal swim drills after each swim lesson by email for you to practice in between swim lessons.

There's also the option of combining your lessons with swim core strength or personal training.
