Do you want to swim with an effortless front crawl technique next summer? Able to hold your race pace for longer, know which 5 key drills you need to hold form on during events, and understand what you need to focus on? Then join our squad at Aldershot Garrison 50 metre indoor pool on Tuesday evenings from 2030 to 2130!!
The Squad sessions are structured and periodised each week on a 4 week rolling cycle. Each week there is a different technique and fitness focus, with progressive swim sets from the previous weeks.
Its set for intermediate swimmers in the speed range per 100 metres of 1:30 to 2:15 as an average over either 6 x 100 metres with 30 rest or a 400 metre time trial.
The sessions are aimed at triathletes, masters and open water swimmers as well as those looking to improve their fitness.
The next schedule is aimed at improving each area of front crawl technique, on our 10 phase method, open water skills and drills to get you ready for the open water season, including sighting and drafting practice in the pool, and pacing control and awareness swim sets to hone in your triathlon race / open water event pacing to a T!
We also organise regular T paced threshold based swim fitness tests (optional) for you to assess your performance and tracks your improvements.

Held at Aldershot 50 metre, eight lane Olympic length pool on
