What do you need to focus on / improve the most with your front crawl technique?

We would love to help you swim better, faster, smoother and more efficiently, and help you work out exactly what you need to be focusing on with your front crawl technique. There's a plethora of information out there at the moment, on Instagram Facebook, youtube etc, showing you lots of different drills, techniques, and stroke corrections, which can all become overloading, and also quite generic.

This is because although those videos are generally great, you don't know if they relate to what you need to focus on, and correct. Even if people do, quite often we see clients and customers who are not doing drills and stroke corrections properly, or completely.

This is where we come in, as a coaching service, to ensure you get the most from your swim technique and training sessions, doing the drills properly to get the best results. We work on the premise of ensuring you get the maximum results in the minimum amount of time, by teaching you the correct movement patterns to help break bad habits, coupled with the slow-motion video playback so you can see exactly what is happening with your swim stroke in real-time.

You'll also see real-time improvements in swim pace (i.e. your current pace becomes easier, and you start swimming slightly faster for no more effort - sound good?) as your technique improves and you start swimming more efficiently! Is there an area of your front crawl that you want to focus on / improve the most? I'll prescribe you personalised swim drills and stroke corrections and email them to you afterwards. We're based in Chertsey Surrey for the endless pool.
