Welcome to

Are you looking for a new way to maintain your swim fitness outside of the pool?

Our experienced swim and fitness coaching, will provide you with personalised swim strength training sessions, which you can do online in your home or garden with us via Zoom or Google Duo.

Our training covers areas such as:

  • Building your core strength

  • How to use swim bands and the best exercises

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Functional training for swimming and triathlon

  • Cardio training including Boxercise

Whether you're looking for training for yourself or for a small group of friends/training partners, we have the right training programme for you.

This is becoming a really popular way of continuing to build swim fitness and improve biomechanics for front crawl, done in the comfort of your own home!

We also offer TRX for Triathletes and Swimmers

Do you expect the best from your body and your swimming?

The TRX Swimmers Pull exercise is brilliant for engaging your core, rear delts, and the big powerful latissimus pulling muscles used for swimming! Keep your arms straight throughout, and chest lifted, retracting the shoulder blades to finish. This is hard to do properly yet is very effective!

We are TRX and Triathlon swimming experts. Nick your Head Coach at Speedy Swimming, has been using and teaching clients how to train on the TRX for 10 years now, and was one of the first qualified TRX Instructors in the UK.

All of your core on all the time! Let's get ripped!
