You complete a set of structured, short interval efforts on your own bike (using your power meter) or running track (using your GPS watch and heart rate monitor).

 

3.Data Upload & Analysis:Step 3.

You export your workout files directly to me. I upload them to the INSCYD engine to extract your metabolic metrics and generate your comprehensive profile.
