 Get in Touch

Start your triathlon coaching journey by reaching out to us. We’ll begin by learning more about you—your racing history, current fitness, and what you're aiming for.

Athlete Profile & Intro Call

  • We’ll arrange a no-obligation coach consultation to:

  • Discuss your goals and race plans

  • Review your current and past training

  • Identify your strengths, limiters, and lifestyle factors

  • Understand how we can take you from Point A (now) to Point B (your goal)

Choose Your Coaching Plan

Based on your needs and goals, we’ll suggest the most suitable coaching plan. Options range from fully interactive plans with weekly check-ins to more autonomous training with support as needed.

Set Up Your Training in TriDot

  • Once you’re onboard, we’ll:

  • Set your personalised swim, bike, and run training zones

  • Add your planned races into RaceX (TriDot’s race execution tool)

  • Receive race day predictions and strategy guidance

  • Connect your training devices (Garmin, power meter, HR monitor, etc.)

  • Define your optimal training days and weekly training frequency

  • Create your unique training stress profile

Begin Coaching

Training begins with regular feedback loops and a schedule that fits around your life. You’ll have a clear contact plan with your coach—via messaging, email, or video calls—depending on the level of support you choose.

  • Connect your devices, including Zwift and Form Goggles

  • Unlock your full potential with a fully tailored TriDot training plan—powered by cutting-edge AI and backed by expert coaching

Coaching doesn’t stop once the plan is in motion. As you train, race, and progress, your plan adapts with you. We continually assess your performance data, recovery, and feedback to fine-tune your training. This ensures you're always moving forward—smarter, stronger, and more prepared for race day.
