Our Lunchtime Lanes sessions are 45-minute coached swims designed to fit perfectly into your workday. Whether you’re looking to refine your front crawl, build sustainable endurance, or sharpen your speed, these sessions give you focused, expert coaching without losing your whole lunch break.

Wednesdays – Technique & Endurance

🌊 Technique Tune-Up (12:30–13:15) Improvers

Master the basics of front crawl with breathing control, confidence, and efficient stroke technique. Perfect if you’re building a foundation or coming back to swimming after a break.

🚀 Endurance Express (13:15–14:00) Intermediate


Boost your pacing, extend distance per stroke, and develop sustainable swim fitness. Great for triathletes preparing for longer events.

 

Fridays – Pacing & Speed

⚡ Fast & Fresh Fridays (12:30–13:15) Improvers 


A punchy pacing and endurance session to finish the week strong. Build aerobic fitness and confidence holding speed.

🏊 Pacing & Distance per Stroke Sessions (13:15–14:00) Intermediate

The best of both worlds — refine your technique, then put it to the test with some minimax stroke counting and pacing sets. 

 

Who Are These For?

✅ Improver Group – build technique, breathing & confidence
📅 Wednesdays 1230-1315pm & Fridays 1230-1315pm

Pace range: 2:15 to 3:00 mins per 100m 
 

✅ Intermediate Group – pacing, endurance & form
📅 Wednesdays 1315-1400pm & Fridays 1315-1400pm

Pace range: 1:30 to 2:15 mins per 100m 

  • Triathletes training for sprint to Ironman distance

  • Open water swimmers building technique and confidence

  • Fitness swimmers who want structured, coached sessions in their week
