SWIM FITNESS CORE STRENGTH ONLINE CLASSESS
Are you searching for the best method to improve your swim fitness and technique using land training?
Our experienced swim and fitness coaching, will provide you with personalised swim strength training sessions, which you can do online in your home or garden with us via Zoom or Google Duo.
Missing swimming...!? We are too! All is not lost though unless you don't use these for land-based training! This is how to use your swim bands with the best technique and an intro to some short interval sets.
We have some spaces left on our twice-weekly Swim fitness core strength classes on zoom on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 7.00pm. One hour each. (Registration required for the zoom link).
As we would normally be doing base training in the pool with longer swim sets and focusing still on technique, and building the aerobic foundation needed for later in the training year, we have added more of a cardio and muscular endurance focus to our zoom classes with much more swim bands / stretch cords work.
Our training covers:
Building your core strength
Swim bands intervals and technique training
How to use swim bands and the best exercises
Bodyweight exercises for strength endurance
Functional training for swimming and triathlon
Cardio training including Boxercise
Alternatively, if these times don't work for you, we can set up a weekly session, whether you're looking for training for yourself or for a small group of friends/training partners, we have the right training programme for you.
This will reap dividends come summertime when the lakes can re-open, and sea swimming is a much better temperature.
We are hoping to be coaching group pool fitness and technique sessions back at Aldershot Garrison from the end of April and Ocean swim sessions on the south coast in the Solent all things being well!
