We'll give you the very best level of triathlon swimming coaching you can find and help make you a speedier swimmer in the process! We'll also be there every step of your swim journey!

  • One swim video analysis lesson a week

  • Your personal swim drill session from Swim squad, pool or endless pool lessons

  • Video analysis every 3 months

  • Lite, Intermediate or advanced programming plan

  • Fitness and technique sessions to ensure you're improving and achieving your goals

  • Swolf and swim efficiency sets

  • Interval training based on your specific personal pacing zones from a T pace regular fitness test - 200m / 400m or 1km TT and 10 x 100

These sessions are for all levels of swimmers, triathletes and masters:

  • Non-swimmers wanting to learn front crawl

  • Beginners who can swim 25 metres

  • Triathletes - sprint to Ironman distance and beyond

  • To those wanting to improve their open water skills and techniques from 750m to 14km swims

What to expect:​

You’ll then receive your personal swim drills after each swim lesson by email for you to practice in between swim lessons.

​ How we will benchmark your improvements:

  • Tech and fitness focused swim sessions

  • Fitness and technique sessions to ensure you're improving and achieving your goals

  • Swolf and swim efficiency sets

  • Monitoring and review / recording of your stroke technique, count, rate and pacing

  • Stroke count per minute

  • A swimming based online community for you to interact with and make friends / do events or training sessions with 

  • Interval training based on your specific personal pacing zones from a T pace regular fitness test - 200m / 400m or 1km TT and 10 x 100
